Requirements

• Include a brief introduction at the beginning of the video, stating your name and the title of the song you will be singing.
• Video link of yourself singing your best 16 bars (approximately 30 seconds) of a Disney, pop or rock-n-roll song that best showcases your vocal range.
• Your current headshot of photo and resume (performance related) as PDF attachments. Please include best email and phone number to contact you.

Technical Setup

• Camera & Lighting: Use a smartphone with the back camera (higher quality) in landscape mode on a tripod or steady surface. Position light in front of you (e.g., facing a window) to avoid shadows.
• Background & Sound: Choose a plain, non-distracting background. Record in a quiet room to ensure clear audio.
• Framing: For monologues/songs, frame from the waist up. For dance or movement, show the entire body, allowing for movement without going off-screen. 

 Performance Tips

• The Slate: Start with a clear introduction (name, height, agent, location) looking directly into the camera.
• Eye Line: Do not look directly into the camera lens while performing, unless instructed. Instead, look just to the side of the camera.
• Wardrobe: Wear solid colors (like teal, blue, or coral) that contrast with the background, rather than white, red, or black.
• Preparation: Rehearse thoroughly and ensure your material fits you well. 

Submission Tips

• File Format: Upload as unlisted on YouTube or as requested, ensuring the file is easy to open.
• Review: Always watch your video back to check for audio/video quality issues.
