Since 2017, World Theater Productions (WTP) has welcomed over 25 professional guest artists to train and perform with local talents in 9 productions (Les Misérables School Edition, RENT, Mamma Mia!, Disney's Frozen JR., Moana Jr., Beauty and the Beast , The Lion King Jr. and Miss Saigon). 

In 2021, WTP joined forces with Guam Philharmonic Foundation Incorporated (GPF https://guamphilharmonic.org to extend our reach. Both the GPF and WTP have a shared mission in providing unique performance opportunities to enrich the arts in Micronesia and beyond. 

To date, WTP has worked with over 600 local performers, orchestra, and backstage crew, preparing the next generation of actors, singers, musicians and production team .

MISSION

World Theater Productions (WTP) is a platform for professional artists from around the world to share their talents and experiences within their respective fields to enhance the theater production on Guam and hone local talents who are serious in getting into the field of entertainment. 

CODE OF CONDUCT

Aside from honing local talents, WTP encourages its cast to strive to make the world a better place by being a loving and responsible human being. As such, you must embrace the following conduct: 

INTEGRITY Be honest in everything that you do: always forthright, sincere, reliable, and dependable. 

CARING Care about others: always considerate, fair, willing to help those in need, never ridicule or hurt others. 

EXCELLENCE Do the best in everything you do: always strive for excellence, accept constructive criticism, and execute improvements; never accept mediocrity and avoid procrastination. 

ATTITUDE Maintain a positive attitude: always respectful, loyal, humble, and never arrogant. 

COURAGE Stand up for what is right: never give in to negative peer pressure or allow fear of failure to prevent trying. 

PROFESSIONALISM Be ready to work, accept responsibility, be punctual, prepared to make adjustments and be cooperative; use your voice responsibly (in verbal and in print).
